The room I got for my Christmas stay was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and a lovely view of the area. One of the best aspects of my stay was the friendly staff, who made an extra effort to ensure that I was comfortable.

Despite the friendly staff and good location, there were some serious drawbacks to this hotel. the hotel felt more like a hostel than a hotel, with minimal amenities and no reception desk.

My experience was not positive. When I arrived, I was notified that my reserved room was not available due to damage caused by a previous guest.
